Tyler Stoltz is the founder and team leader of The Tyler Stoltz Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty — and one of Lancaster County’s most respected real estate professionals. Licensed since 2017 and team leader since 2020, Tyler has successfully closed millions worth of real estate transactions to help his clients achieve their dreams.
He is a multi-year recipient of Chairman’s Circle Diamond (2019–2021) and Chairman’s Circle Platinum (2022–2024), ranking him in the top 1% of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide. Backed by 175+ five-star reviews across Google, Zillow, and more, Tyler is recognized for elite service, leadership, and negotiation strength.
Before entering real estate, Tyler earned a business management degree from Lock Haven University and built a successful early career in roles at the University of Pennsylvania, the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster, and another organization in Washington, D.C. His work in the nonprofit and education sectors developed the skills he brings to his real estate business today: clear communication, people-first service, and team development.
Tyler formed his team in 2020 and has built it around those same values. He leads with a passion for helping others — teaching & mentoring agents, guiding clients, and advocating for the people he serves. Known for being highly responsive and always picking up the phone, Tyler and his team are trusted for a relationship-based, results-driven approach. He’s willing to do whatever it takes for each client, no matter how much work or time is required.
Tyler also thrives at the negotiation table. As a self-proclaimed “competitive person,” he and his team have set multiple neighborhood and municipal records while representing sellers and have brokered some excellent, below-market deals for buyers.
Based in Lancaster County, Tyler also serves York, Dauphin, Chester, and surrounding counties. His specialties include residential and commercial real estate, first-time buyers, and strategic seller representation, and more.
Outside of work, Tyler serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster. He lives in Lancaster with his wife and two children, and enjoys hiking, cycling, sports, and various outdoor activities.
