I had the pleasure of working with Tyler this year when my fiancee and I purchased our first home. I grew up with his younger brother, and I knew he was someone we could trust. He was very knowledgeable and was always quick to answer any questions we had. He knew exactly what we were looking for and was always available to set up a walkthrough. If there was something we did not notice or understand about any of the homes, he could easily explain it in a way that made sense. We love our new home and we are so grateful for all of Tyler's help. We recommend Tyler to anyone who is buying or selling a home, you won't regret it!

Tyler recently helped us with the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. Tyler and I went to high school together and then he became my realtor when I decided to buy my first home. Not only was he willing to meet up with me to see countless houses on the market, he was also extremely flexible and enthusiastic about the whole process. This guy seriously LOVES his job! When I only had a month to find a home, Tyler sent me several properties within my budget and that checked off all of the things that I wanted in my new home. When he sent me a listing for a house that was perfect and only we went to see it the same day. I made an offer the same day and it was accepted. Throughout the escrow and closing process, Tyler was always available and more than happy to explain all the lingo and details of the countless documents that had to be signed. He made the process easy and always found a way to reassure me that I was making an incredible investment. I will always be grateful to Tyler for putting so much time and effort into helping me buy my first home. If you want someone that will pay attention to detail, be honest, and answer your questions day and night, you should go with Tyler. You won't be sorry!

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our experience working with Ty. He is knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy. Throughout the whole process, we always felt that Ty had our best interest in mind. He was always quick to respond and readily available. Ty made our first home purchase a smooth and easy process. We initially started searching for our home a year ago and decided to hold off for a few months. Ty was very understanding and respectful of our decision. He remained in contact with us and would send us listings he felt would be a good match. He showed us numerous homes over several months and was always knowledgeable of the homes he was showing us. It was evident he did his research on the property ahead of time. When we found our home, Ty's expertise and knowledge helped to make our offer more competitive and ultimately got it accepted over another. We were pressed for time to submit our offer and Ty acted quick and got all of the documents ready for us within hours. He was very helpful throughout the closing process and was always just a text or phone call away to answer any questions. His attention to detail made buying our home a great experience.
