Together, they assist buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate in Lancaster, York, Dauphin, and Chester counties.
Buyers: Buying a home, especially for the first time, is a nerve-wracking experience. The team aims to prepare their clients for what’s to come to prevent tension and stress from interfering with the buying experience, so they educate their buyers about every part of the process. They cover the first steps of buying a home, including pre-approval, to ensure their clients understand what’s happening and why every step of the way. The team also manages expectations with their buyers so they can create realistic real estate goals together.
Sellers: Selling a home brings on its own set of unique challenges, and The Tyler Stoltz Team is up for the task! They know how to create a results-driven marketing plan to match your home with the right buyer for the right price. This team is united in its commitment to caring for its clients.
