After our first agent wasn't meeting our needs, I cold-called Tyler after a mutual acquaintance name-dropped Tyler as an excellent realtor in the Lancaster area. After our first conversation, my fiance and I knew that Tyler was what we needed as first-time homebuyers. He took the time to explain the home buying process while also asking us the right questions to narrow down our search. As we were moving from Philadelphia and new to the area, we knew very little about the neighborhoods in the Lancaster area. He helped us identify the desirable neighborhoods and gave us insight into what to expect in those neighborhoods. In addition to his depth of knowledge, Tyler was always a quick text or phone call away, ready to answer any of our questions. We fully anticipated it would take months before we found something we loved, but within weeks we found our dream home in our dream neighborhood and we were under contract, beating out multiple offers over the asking price. 20/10 stars!! We cannot recommend Tyler enough!

He was able to use his knowledge to keep my wife and I's expectations realistic as we prepared offers. He was with us every step of the way-from tirelessly helping us find the perfect new house for our family to listing our former home and negotiating the best offer. He's professional, prompt, and most importantly, he gets the best result and outcome for his clients. We hadn't purchased a home in a decade, and with the market being significantly different this time around, his expertise in real estate value was indispensable in helping us make the best decision for our family. Our home buying experience with Tyler was wonderful. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. During showings he inspected and looked for potential issues in the house, things that we didn't even know to watch out for. When we purchased our home it was an extremely competitive market, but nonetheless, Tyler had tricks up his sleeve that made us walk away with the perfect house for us. If you're looking for a realtor, Tyler is the one you want!
