Tyler is the epitome of what you hope a realtor will be: consultative, collaborative, and honestly just kind! He helped us process our decision to put in an offer, giving us a sense of what to expect and how to prepare, and helped us be strategic and confident throughout each step. I especially appreciated Tyler's eye for good construction and assessing the bones of homes we viewed, flagging any negatives and calling out positives. This helped us make an educated decision that we felt really good about. He even went above and beyond once we closed on our house to help us feel great about our transition for our family. This journey started in March when 2254 Wynonah Dr went up for sale the first time. Unfortunately we were outbid but luck would have it the house went back up for sale in June. Tyler recently helped with the sale of my father's estate. He was phenomenal to work with, and I can't thank him enough for his guidance through this emotional process. He has excellent knowledge of the market and truly cares about his clients. Tyler patiently listened to my requests and ultimately generated a thoughtful and straightforward game plan I was comfortable with. Throughout the selling process, he answered questions and made me feel integral to the sale of my childhood home. I no longer live in Lancaster, but when I would come to town, Tyler always stopped by to check in and see the progress I was making on the house. I highly recommend Tyler as a broker to anyone, especially if you are someone who has a similar situation to me. His transparency, diligence, and intimate knowledge of the Lancaster housing market is truly commendable, and I appreciate his efforts that culminated in me receiving the maximum value for my father's estate.
