Tyler was our realtor for our first home, after living away from PA for many years. He always made time for us, starting from our very first conversation, when he spent an hour on the phone walking us through all of the different neighborhoods in Lancaster. He is knowledgeable, does his homework, and is a sharp negotiator. He helped us get our first offer accepted with a sellers credit and an inspection (unreal). He spent many hours with us as we deliberated on key decisions and always respected our process, often telling us to take our time. He is also just a very likable and nice person to be around! We would not be in our beautiful first home without him.

My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Tyler as our realtor. Tyler was very quick at communicating with us during the entire process. Tyler was always willing to book us showings and even recommended houses that he believed would be a good fit for us. This was our first home we purchased and Tyler made it very easy for us, even in an extremely competitive market. Tyler provided excellent advice that helped us land our first home. You always hear about how stressful buying a house can be, but we felt the complete opposite the whole time because of Tyler's guidance.
