After working with multiple agents over the years, Cory completely redefined what exceptional service looks like. His responsiveness was lightning-fast, and his hustle never quit-even when the market got brutal. We toured 8-10 properties, made offers on 5, and faced the rollercoaster that is today's housing market. We lost 2 offers, walked away from 2 more after inspections revealed major issues, but Cory's dedication never wavered. The whole team at Berkshire were great. The team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were friendly and knowledgeable whenever I reached out with a question. The process was simple and easy! It was a joy to work with Cory. He made the potentially stressful situation of buying/selling a home painless.
