Cory and the entire team were fantastic! Always willing to meet up to go see houses for me (even while I was out of state) and he put together the best offer that locked us into our new home! He was also my listing agent on my old house and got us a fantastic offer well above asking price! I will definitely recommend Cory and the team to anyone else I know of that is in the home buying/selling process. Overall, it was a pleasure to have worked with everyone and I cannot speak higher praises than I already am.

What started out as a sad experience to sell my home after 31 years actually became better when Tyler found me the perfect condo! He is very professional and with his guidance I actually got more than I was asking. He is polite,punctual and not bad to look at! Kidding aside I felt he listened and delivered! Tyler was our realtor for our first home, after living away from PA for many years. He always made time for us, starting from our very first conversation, when he spent an hour on the phone walking us through all of the different neighborhoods in Lancaster. He is knowledgeable, does his homework, and is a sharp negotiator. He helped us get our first offer accepted with a sellers credit and an inspection (unreal). He spent many hours with us as we deliberated on key decisions and always respected our process, often telling us to take our time. He is also just a very likable and nice person to be around! We would not be in our beautiful first home without him.
