He was clearly very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the Lancaster area and has excellent resources and connections to make the entire process run smoothly. Tyler was able to get my offer accepted quickly and for significantly less than the original asking price. From our first email to closing, he has been extremely helpful and attentive. From prelisting and market to negotiations and closing, Tyler made our selling experience easy. He gave practical advice for ensuring our home would photograph and show well, he helped advise us through negotiations, and we were able to have an agreement within 48-hours and settlement in 30 days-with an over-asking sales price! Hands down, it was an amazing experience working with Tyler. He is such a hustler and works hard for his clients to get the best results.
