It's no surprise why Tyler was named one of the top rated agents in Lancaster County. My wife and I were first time home buyers and he did an incredible job guiding us through one of the most competitive housing markets. We were able to get an amazing home in a great neighborhood at a price that fit our budget and made sense with the home value. Tyler was also very patient with us through the process and wanted to make sure we found a home that fit our needs/wants/budget. He has a deep understanding of the market and his advice on making a competitive offer was on point. He was always available to answer questions and made sure we got in to see houses we were interested in. From our first showing to closing day, Tyler made the process as easy/smooth as possible and was always was looking out for our best interest.

We had a great experience working with Tyler. He showed us numerous houses and never lost patience with us as we looked for the "perfect one". When we finally found it he demonstrated his knowledge of the market and helped us make the winning bid, and then he went a step further to negotiate a better deal for us based on the inspection. We could tell through his actions that he was truly working for us, not just for the sale. We have purchased 5 homes with 5 different realtors over the last 35 years, and never worked with a better realtor. He is calm, thorough, professional and trustworthy.

After our first agent wasn't meeting our needs, I cold-called Tyler after a mutual acquaintance name-dropped Tyler as an excellent realtor in the Lancaster area. After our first conversation, my fianc? and I knew that Tyler was what we needed as first-time homebuyers. He took the time to explain the home buying process while also asking us the right questions to narrow down our search. As we were moving from Philadelphia and new to the area, we knew very little about the neighborhoods in the Lancaster area. He helped us identify the desirable neighborhoods and gave us insight into what to expect in those neighborhoods. In addition to his depth of knowledge, Tyler was always a quick text or phone call away, ready to answer any of our questions. We fully anticipated it would take months before we found something we loved, but within weeks we found our dream home in our dream neighborhood, and we were under contract, beating out multiple offers over the asking price. 20/10 stars!! We cannot recommend Tyler enough.

Where to begin! From day one, Tyler was such a vital part of our first home buying experience.
